Corporate — ASA Yoga
Corporate

For companies whose people
cannot afford to be tired.

The house works with companies in Singapore on quarterly programmes, full-day engagements, and single sessions. Delivered to your office. Designed to your team. Held to one standard.

Why companies hire the house

Five things that hold.

Most corporate wellness vendors offer a class. We offer a relationship. The difference shows up in five places.

  • i

    Matched practitioners are kept.

The work compounds because the practitioner stays. Most vendors send whichever teacher is free, so your team meets a stranger every week and the practice never deepens. We match one practitioner to your team and keep them — your people learn them, they learn your people.

  • ii

    Christine vets the roster personally.

You are paying for the curation that put the practitioner in the room. No one on our roster is hired from a follower count or a training certificate. Christine meets every practitioner, watches them teach, and decides whether they belong in the house. She has done this for years.

  • iii

    Six modalities, one standard.

The variety stays the same house. Yoga, breathwork, movement, recovery, sound, and nutrition — all delivered at one standard. A team that has done a quarter of vinyasa can move to a quarter of breathwork or sound without changing vendors. Most competitors offer yoga and occasionally something else.

  • iv

    Quarterly arc, not weekly classes.

Your people feel the arc, not a stack of sessions. A class is a transaction; a quarter is a programme. We sequence the work over twelve weeks — early sessions build the base, mid sessions deepen, late sessions integrate. The difference shows up in attendance and in renewal.

  • v

    Hospitality over performance.

Your people walk in and find a space already held for them. We are guests in your office. Practitioners arrive early. The room is prepared. Equipment is set up. Music is considered. This is invisible until you have seen its absence — and once you have, you cannot go back.

The six modalities

One vendor. Six disciplines.

The wordmark says yoga. The work is broader. Each modality is delivered by a practitioner who specialises in it — never a general teacher stretching themselves across formats they do not own.

i

Yoga

Vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative. Sequenced to the room, paced to the team.

ii

Breathwork

Pranayama, box breath, holotropic-adjacent practices. Settling work, often a quarter's anchor.

iii

Movement

Functional movement, mobility work, somatics. For desk-bound bodies that need to move differently.

iv

Recovery

Yin, restorative, myofascial release. Often the most-requested format by senior teams.

v

Sound

Singing bowls, gong, voice. Standalone sessions or closing rituals at the end of a programme.

vi

Nutrition

Workshops on eating for energy, sleep, and performance. Discussion-based; capped at smaller groups.

How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

From first conversation to first session, the process is the same for every partner. We move at your pace.

  1. i

    Discovery

A short call. Twenty minutes. We learn the team, the room, the brief. You learn the house and what we recommend.

  2. ii

    Match

Christine selects the practitioner. We send a private profile. If the match feels right, we proceed. If not, we re-match.

  3. iii

    Programme

Twelve weeks of practice, on-site at your office. Your team meets the same practitioner each session. The work compounds.

  4. iv

    Reflection

A short note at the quarter's end. What worked. What we would change. Whether to renew.

In the house

The house works with companies whose people cannot afford to be tired — fintech and insurance, professional services and consulting, founders' offices and private equity, hospitality and members' clubs.

We do not name our partners. Discretion is part of the work.

Questions partners ask

Before the first conversation.

  • i

    How does practitioner matching work?

Christine reviews the brief from the discovery call — team size, format preference, scheduling, the room itself — and selects a practitioner from the roster whose discipline and temperament fit. We send a private profile before the engagement begins. If the match does not feel right, we re-match before any session is held.

  • ii

Can we change practitioners during the quarter?

Yes. Match changes are rare — most partners stay with their first practitioner for years — but they happen. The change is handled privately, without disruption to the schedule.

  • iii

What happens if the team grows mid-quarter?

If the team crosses a block of twenty-five during a quarter, we honour the original tier price for the running quarter. Block scaling applies from the next quarter. Most partners renew at the new size.

  • iv

Do you travel for offsites or retreats?

Yes. We have travelled with partners to retreats in the region and beyond. Travel-inclusive engagements are quoted bespoke and sit outside the standard pricing above.

  • v

    Who are the practitioners?

The roster is private. Practitioners are vetted by Christine personally, hold real teaching practice across the relevant modality, and are matched to partners individually. Names and profiles are shared in the proposal stage, not on public materials.

  • vi

    How quickly can we start?

From first conversation to first session is typically two to four weeks. The pace is set by the matching process, not by our calendar. We do not rush a match.

  • vii

What happens at quarter end? Is renewal automatic?

Renewal is never automatic. Two weeks before the quarter closes, we send a short reflection note — what worked, what we would adjust, the recommended shape of the next quarter. Renewal is a decision, not a default.

  • viii

What modalities can be combined in a single quarter?

In the Cadence and Programme tiers, partners may combine modalities across the quarter — for example, weekly yoga paired with monthly breathwork, or a recovery-focused quarter with sound on Fridays. The mix is decided at the quarter's start.

  • ix

What if the first session does not feel right?

If after the first session the match is not right, we re-match within the first two weeks at no charge, or release you from the engagement. We do this rarely — the matching process is careful precisely so this does not happen — but the option is yours.
